Fate has a way of bringing coincidences together.
It’s no coincidence that Textual’s founding month is also when Corporate Communications Day is celebrated.
And this year, October feels even more special as we celebrate our 30th anniversary.
It’s a time to celebrate our journey, but also to reflect on who we are and the future we shape through the decisions we make every day.
And we have plenty of reasons to celebrate.
We’ve developed projects across all five continents. Textual was ranked No. 1 in client satisfaction among PR agencies in the 2023–2024 edition of PR Scope, topping a prestigious ranking of Brazil’s 21 most relevant agencies.
And within our own team, we proudly — and with a strong sense of responsibility — achieved an eNPS score of 79 this year.
Since Textual was founded in 1995, content creation has been our natural path to doing things differently — long before the word “content” became part of our industry’s everyday vocabulary.
Over these 30 years, pioneering projects centered on content and meaningful experiences have earned us 51 national and international awards. Some of these recognized our digital work as early as 2000, when the internet was still taking its first steps in Brazil.
Today, we’re navigating another powerful revolution: Artificial Intelligence.
We’re embracing the new possibilities it brings, while always keeping our people in control and ensuring they have the final say — as established in our AI policy, introduced two years ago and continuously updated ever since.
Along our journey, we’ve also learned that sustainability and reputation go hand in hand.
That’s why, in 2023, we created DiversaCom, our communications agency dedicated to diversity, sustainability, and social impact.
Its launch project, “Ancestral Future: History, Reparation, and Progress,” was recognized with the 2024 Jatobá Award in the Cause and Purpose category.
We made possible the unprecedented visit of the King of Angola’s largest ethnic group to Rio de Janeiro, the port through which the greatest number of enslaved Africans entered Brazil, 60% of whom were Angolan.
The event became part of the city’s official Black Awareness Month program and received extensive national and international media coverage, demonstrating the power and reach of authentic storytelling.
And so we continue moving forward, embracing new technologies, new formats, and more diverse perspectives.
But what matters most to us has never changed: the value of a great story, a unique experience, and information that transforms lives.
This is how we’re building Textual’s future: by continually renewing the essence of our roots and the values that have guided us from the very beginning.
